On March 4, 2025, Congressman Ciscomani posted about his participation in a media row organized by the House GOP ahead of President Trump's address. He stated, "It was great to speak with several national and local media outlets at @HouseGOP's media row ahead of @POTUS's Joint Address to Congress tonight. I shared my thoughts on President Trump's bold vision for America and the renewal of the American Dream for all."

Later that day, on March 5, 2025, he expressed his honor in welcoming Pinal County Sheriff Ross Teeple as his special guest for the address. He tweeted, "Honored to welcome Pinal County Sheriff Ross Teeple to my DC office as my special guest for President Trump's Joint Address to Congress tonight!"

In another post on March 5, 2025, Congressman Ciscomani mentioned heading to the Capitol with Sheriff Teeple to listen to President Trump’s speech. He wrote, "Heading in to the Capitol to listen to President Trump articulate his vision to renew the American Dream with my honored guest, Pinal County Sheriff Ross Teeple!"
