Tucson opens cooling centers for public use during summer heat

As the summer sun intensifies, posing a threat to those who remain outdoors for extended periods, the city of Tucson has opened cooling centers. These temporary designated areas provide the public with a respite from the heat during peak hours.

For further information or to report an issue, residents are encouraged to call 311 or visit Tucson 311 to submit a request. The main office of the City of Tucson is located at 255 W. Alameda St., Tucson, Arizona 85701.
