Pima brings together faculty and students, and community members to discuss addressing climate change as part of global discussion about climate and justice on March 30. This Worldwide Teach-In for Climate and Justice: Solve Climate by 2030 is 9 a.m.-noon in the Amethyst Room at Downtown Campus, 1255 N. Stone Ave., and will be livestreamed on the College’s YouTube channel, http://youtube.com/pcctvstream.
The event features moderated workshops with panelists on three themes: Climate Change Awareness, Impacts and Actions; Teaching and Learning About Climate Change; and Technical Innovations and Planning for the Future, with a continuing online discussion after the event ends.
