Southwest University of Visual Arts-Tucson recently issued the following announcement.
Fall 2020 SUVA President's Scholarship
A $5,000 annual scholarship will be awarded to all new and continuing students, no application required! The President's Scholarship may be renewed annually for a total award of $20,000 for entering students. This award is only applicable to students enrolled full time at the start of the Fall 2020 term.
Scholarship Requirements
- The $5,000 annual award will be applied to the two terms of the academic year, with students receiving $2,500 per semester.
- Scholarships will be applied to tuition and no money will be paid directly to students.
- Students must maintain a GPA of 3.5. The annual award will be reduced to $2,500 if a student's cumulative GPA drops to 3.0 to 3.49.
- The scholarship is void if a student withdraws, drops below full-time enrollment, or if the required cumulative GPA is not achieved.
