The City of Tucson Magistrates Merit Selection Commission is in the process of reviewing the application for reappointment of City Magistrate Wendy Million. Individuals with direct experience in her courtroom are encouraged to participate by submitting written comments.
These comments must be sent by 5 p.m. on Friday, February 28. Submissions should be addressed to the City Magistrates Merit Selection Commission at the City Clerk's Office, P.O. Box 27210, Tucson, AZ 85726-7210.
It is emphasized that all public comments will remain confidential and will only be disclosed to members of the Commission. Comments should clearly state the basis for any opinions expressed.
