The City of Tucson Planning and Development Services Department (PDSD) is inviting the public to participate in two meetings regarding the proposed Community Corridors Tool. These sessions aim to gather community feedback on new zoning tools intended to encourage redevelopment along transit corridors, as requested by Mayor and Council.

Community members can attend an in-person meeting scheduled for Wednesday, October 30, 2024, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Tucson Convention Center located at 260 S Church Ave, Tucson, AZ 85701. The event will include welcome remarks from City of Tucson Mayor Regina Romero.

Additionally, a virtual meeting will be held on Monday, November 4, 2024, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., accessible via Zoom.

Before these meetings take place, the proposed code will be available online along with a form for providing feedback on the Community Corridors Tool website. The input gathered both online and during these meetings will help refine the proposed zoning changes.

For those unable to attend either session but still wishing to provide input or ask questions, they are encouraged to contact PDSD staff through various channels including calling 311 or visiting Tucson's official request submission site.
