The Pima Community College women's soccer team (5-1, 2-1 in ACCAC) suffered its first defeat of the season and also surrendered its first goals of the season.
- The No. 1 ranked Aztecs fell to No. 2 Phoenix College 3-0 in a battle between the top two NJCAA Division II programs.
- The Bears shocked the Aztecs with three goals in the first six minutes of the match as Pima fell 3-0. Anacel Acosta (3rd minute), Yesenia Lawson (4th minute) and Bailey Norris (6th minute) found the back of the net for the Bears.
- The Aztecs finished with four shots on goal. Sophomore Angelina Amparano (Salpointe Catholic HS) closed out the game with 11 saves.
