Vince Leach, a Republican elected to the Arizona State Senate in 2025 representing the state’s 17th Senate District, expressed strong reactions on social media regarding recent events he described as preventable losses.

On February 24, 2026, Leach posted an emotional response with emojis: ” https://t.co/LDMptfNY9S”.

The following day, on February 25, 2026, he reiterated his concern by posting: “Terrible losses that could have been prevented!! https://t.co/wrsRzJH6p9”. Shortly after, he repeated the same message with a different link: “Terrible losses that could have been prevented!! https://t.co/Qx7N9077dI”.

Leach assumed office in the Arizona State Senate in 2025 after succeeding Justine Wadsack as the representative for District 17.
