Vince Leach, a Republican elected to the Arizona State Senate in 2025 representing the state’s 17th Senate District, has recently shared his views on social and state policy issues through a series of posts on X (formerly Twitter).
On December 3, 2025, Leach commented on current debates over gender identity and language use. In his post, he wrote: “C’mon, American-we know better than this. And done already messing with our youth’s future as well as ours with this pronoun mishmash and the idiocy of sex confusion with as many sexes as letters of the alphabet. Yes, Make America Great Again a leader that is not subject to the”.
The following day, December 4, 2025, Leach addressed concerns regarding Arizona’s Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP). He stated: “Huge SNAP problems the AZ Executive won’t help solve! AZ will not supply details of AZ SNAP program designed to cut Waste and Fraud. BTW, the published error rate in the AZ SNAP program is>8%-that’s a lot of $$$ considering >900K folks are on the AZ program”.

Leach assumed office in 2025 after replacing previous state senator Justine Wadsack for Arizona’s 17th Senate District.
