Congressman Juan Ciscomani, who represents Arizona's 6th district in the U.S. Congress, recently shared a series of tweets highlighting his legislative efforts and paying tribute to historical figures. Born in Hermosillo, Mexico in 1982, Ciscomani has been serving since replacing Ann Kirkpatrick in 2023. He resides in Tucson and holds a BA from the University of Arizona.

On March 22, 2025, Congressman Ciscomani tweeted about Arizona's leading role in mineral production: "As the Copper State, Arizona leads the way in the production of critical minerals." He mentioned speaking at a Mining Alliance Lunch to discuss his congressional efforts like the Critical Mineral Consistency Act aimed at enhancing domestic supply of essential minerals.

Shortly after, he provided more information on this legislation through another tweet: "Learn more about H.R. 755, the Critical Mineral Consistency Act"

On March 24, 2025, Congressman Ciscomani honored Sandra Day O’Connor for Women's History Month with a tweet: "Today, I am honoring Sandra Day O’Connor for #WomensHistoryMonth." He highlighted her historic achievement as the first woman on the U.S. Supreme Court and praised her contributions to justice and civic education.
