Congressman Juan Ciscomani, representing Arizona's 6th district, recently shared a series of tweets highlighting his support for military and border security efforts as well as personal reflections on citizenship ceremonies. Ciscomani has been serving in Congress since 2023, after succeeding Ann Kirkpatrick.
On March 21, 2025, Congressman Ciscomani tweeted about the presence of the 3rd Infantry at Fort Huachuca. He mentioned their collaboration with US Northern Command and the 10th Mountain Division to assist Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). "Great to see @3rd_Infantry at Ft. Huachuca, joining @USNorthernCmd & @10MTNDIV to support @CBP & @DHSgov. Their mission to strengthen border security with enhanced capabilities is vital. I look forward to supporting them!"
In another tweet on the same day, he expressed satisfaction with the arrival of the Army's 4th Infantry Division at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base (DMAFB) to bolster Arizona's border security initiatives alongside CBP and DHS. "Also happy to see Army’s @4thInfDiv arriving at @DMAFB to support our AZ border security efforts with @CBP and @DHSgov!"
Later that day, Congressman Ciscomani shared a personal sentiment about naturalization ceremonies. Drawing from his own experience becoming a U.S. citizen 19 years ago, he encouraged attendance at such events as they serve as reminders of America's generosity and greatness. "If you’re ever having a bad day, I encourage you to attend a naturalization ceremony! As someone that sat there as a new citizen 19 years ago, it’s a fantastic reminder of the greatness and generosity of our great nation! "
