The City of Tucson Magistrates Merit Selection Commission is in the process of reviewing applications for the reappointment of City Magistrate Geraldine Hale. The commission invites public participation, particularly from individuals who have had direct experience with the magistrate's courtroom.
Those wishing to submit comments must do so in writing by 5 p.m. on Monday, April 21. Comments should be sent to the City Magistrates Merit Selection Commission at the City Clerk's Office, P.O. Box 27210, Tucson, AZ 85726-7210.
All submitted comments will remain confidential and are disclosed only to commission members. Public feedback should include the basis for any opinions expressed.
