On December 9, 2024, Congressman Ciscomani stated his agreement with former President Trump regarding border security and the status of DACA recipients. He emphasized the need for a permanent solution to this issue, which he considers a priority for both himself and his district. "I agree with President Trump - we must secure the border and DACA recipients should be able to stay in the country. It’s time to find a permanent solution for this critical issue that is near and dear to my heart and #AZ06."

On December 10, 2024, Congressman Ciscomani addressed concerns about government inefficiency due to wasteful spending and excessive regulations. He announced his participation in the DOGE Caucus alongside Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy to enhance governmental efficiency. "Wasteful spending, overbearing regulations, and bloated bureaucracies make the government slow and ineffective. This is exactly why I joined the @DOGE Caucus to work with @elonmusk and @VivekGRamaswamy to promote efficiency and reduce waste."

Later that day, he highlighted the importance of independent pharmacies in rural areas within his district. He criticized Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBMs) for their practices that have led to increased costs and closures of these pharmacies. Congressman Ciscomani expressed pride in collaborating with Representative Buddy Carter to advocate for reforms in PBM practices. "Independent pharmacies are critical to rural communities in my district. However, unfair practices by Pharmacy Benefit Managers have increased costs, causing pharmacies in my district to close."
