Alyssa Anderson is appointed as Chief of Staff, moving up from her current position as Deputy Chief of Staff in Washington, D.C. With nine years of experience on Capitol Hill, including work for Majority Whip Tom Emmer and Congressman Dan Crenshaw, Anderson has been part of Ciscomani’s team since his freshman term began.

Previously serving as Legislative Director since joining Ciscomani’s office during the 118th Congress, Bender's background includes roles with Rep. Mariannette Miller-Meeks and former Senator Jon Kyl. She has been pivotal in advancing Ciscomani’s initiatives on Appropriations and Veterans’ Affairs committees.
Andres Kardonski will advance from Press Secretary to Director of Communications. A bilingual communications professional, Kardonski previously worked for Rep. Carlos Gimenez.
Ciscomani expressed confidence in his team: “Alyssa Anderson...has repeatedly demonstrated her strong leadership qualities,” he stated. “This promotion reflects my trust and confidence in her professionalism and abilities.”
Regarding Bender's new role, he said: “Caroline Bender has been key to executing my legislative agenda... Her legislative expertise...has served our district and office well.”
On Kardonski's promotion, Ciscomani noted: “While only being with my office for a little over six months, Andres Kardonski has proven himself a capable and respected communicator.”
Additionally, Becky Freeman transitions from Chief of Staff to Senior Advisor after playing a crucial role in building Ciscomani’s team over the past two years.
Ciscomani remarked on Freeman's contributions: “Becky and I opened the doors of our office together 2 years ago... As we move into the 119th Congress, I look forward to continue working with Becky.”
