The City of Tucson has completed a system upgrade for the Tucson Development Center (TDC) Online permitting system.

The upgraded TDC Online platform now features Single Sign-On (SSO), offering multiple sign-in options and enhanced password reset support. This improvement was made in direct response to customer feedback and is designed to simplify the login process. Additionally, the upgrade will reduce service disruptions and allow for future system updates.

As part of this upgrade, all new and existing customers must re-register for a new account. To ensure a seamless transition, existing customers should use the same email address previously associated with their City of Tucson account, allowing their current information to be linked to the new system.

For assistance or if you have any questions, please email Planning and Development Services at pdsdinquiries@tucsonaz.gov or call Planning and Development Services at 520-791-5550.

The City of Tucson appreciates customer patience and cooperation as it works to enhance the TDC Online experience.
