The Tucson Development Center (TDC) Online will be temporarily unavailable for a system upgrade. The customer portal will be offline from 5 p.m., Tuesday, September 3, 2024, through 5 p.m., Wednesday, September 4, 2024. Following the upgrade, all customers must re-register for an account to link existing information to the new system.
The upgrade introduces a single sign-on (SSO) feature, which offers multiple sign-on options and additional support for password resets. This enhancement is in response to customer requests and aims to reduce future service disruptions and support future updates.
To ensure accounts are correctly linked before the upgrade, customers are advised to verify and update their email addresses in their current TDC Online account settings by 5 p.m. on Tuesday, September 3, 2024. Instructions include logging into TDC Online, selecting 'My Account,' and saving any updates to email addresses and phone numbers.
Post-upgrade, users will see the new SSO option when accessing TDC Online. Re-registration with the verified email address is required to link existing information to the new account.
"The City of Tucson appreciates TDC Online customers' patience during the upgrade and cooperation in making this a seamless transition," stated city officials.
