The City of Tucson has announced that single sign-on (SSO) will soon be available for Tucson Development Center (TDC) Online customers. SSO offers multiple sign-on options and additional support for password resets. Customers with accounts using software provided by Tyler Technologies in other municipalities can use SSO for their log-in portals as well.

This customer-requested feature will be introduced with an upcoming upgrade to the TDC Online system later this summer. To ensure accounts are linked properly, users are advised to verify and update their email addresses in their TDC Online account settings before Monday, August 5, 2024. The steps to do so are:

1. Log in to Tucson Development Center Online, click on your name at the top right, and select My Account.

2. Verify and update your email address and phone number, then save.

Following the update, customers will see the new SSO option when accessing TDC Online. It is important to use the same verified email address during this process.

Customers must re-register for an account even if they use the same email address with the City of Tucson. This will link existing information in TDC Online to the new SSO account.

The City of Tucson appreciates customer cooperation in making this transition seamless and encourages staying tuned for further updates later this summer.
