TUCSON, AZ – U.S. Congressman Juan Ciscomani (AZ-06) recently participated in a congressional delegation to Israel, joined by his House Republican colleagues. The trip included meetings with top Israeli officials, a briefing with former Israel Defense Forces (IDF) military personnel, interactions with families of current hostages held by Hamas, and visits to sites affected by the October 7 attacks.

During the visit, Ciscomani emphasized the significance of the relationship between the United States and Israel, stating, “For decades, Israel has been one of our most important partners and a beacon of democracy in the Middle East.” He also highlighted the importance of supporting Israel in its mission to combat Hamas, noting that it is crucial not only for Israel but for the world at large.

Ciscomani further expressed how the trip provided him and his colleagues with a deeper understanding of the daily experiences of the Israeli people, and outlined ways in which the United States can continue to assist in this critical mission. The delegation's engagement in various activities during the visit aimed to strengthen diplomatic ties and solidarity between the two nations.

The trip included visits to significant locations, the details of which can be found in photos and videos shared online.
