PRO serves as a repository of historical documents and data, while TDC Online provides enhanced features for registered users associated with an application. PRO allows users to access information freely without the need to log in, whereas TDC Online requires users to log in to access features such as uploading information, submitting requests, and scheduling inspections.
TDC Online offers a user-friendly self-service platform that enables customers to interact with the system seamlessly. However, users must be listed as contacts within TDC Online to perform essential actions like applying for sub-records, accessing documents under review, viewing restricted documents, and managing contacts.
