The HEADWAY Act, sponsored by Rep. Ciscomani and Rep. Rep. The National Head Start Association (NHSA) and other organizations have expressed their support for the HEADWAY Act, recognizing its focus on professional development and workforce support. NHSA Executive Director Yasmina Vinci praised the legislation for prioritizing the growth and capacity of Early Head Start programs to serve eligible children and families.
Katie Dauphinais, President and CEO of A for Arizona, commended the innovative approach of the HEADWAY Act in addressing teacher shortages and enhancing early childhood education quality. Similarly, Christy Gleason, Vice President of Policy, Advocacy and Campaigns at Save the Children, emphasized the bill's potential to strengthen the childcare workforce and provide a pathway for aspiring educators.

Jeff Lavender, Superintendent for Casa Grande Unified High School District, thanked Rep.
