Pima County home prices rose in the first half of 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Pima County rose by $54,900 while total sales decreased by 7.6%.

From January through June of 2022, there were 8,364 homes sold, with a median sale price of $329,900 - a 20% increase over the $275,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 9,056 homes sold in Pima County in the first half of 2021.

The median sales tax in Pima County for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,989 approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2022.
