As a courtesy reminder, the City of Tucson and Tucson Water will increase the CAP surcharge rate effective February 13th, 2023. For our average customer, this translates to a $2.40 increase on a monthly bill. This rate increase will allow us to keep up with the increasing cost of water resources from the Colorado River.
