City of Tucson to Hold Virtual Meeting on Proposed Source of Income Ordinance

The City of Tucson’s Housing and Community Development (HCD) department will hold the second of two meetings to present, accept feedback, and answer questions about the proposed ordinance that would make it unlawful for property owners or managers to reject a rental application based on the applicant’s source of income. A virtual public meeting will be held tomorrow, Aug. 16, at 5:30 p.m., via Zoom. An in-person public meeting was held last week.
