Tucson's Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) recently announced the hiring of Donald Paredez as its new community services administrator. Paredez brings more than 20 years of experience in public housing management. As community services administrator, Paredez will develop and coordinate assisted housing, human services, and community development programs for low- and moderate-income individuals. Paredez’s goals include continuing the strong work of Tucson's public housing staff and programs, providing excellent service to the public and City staff, working toward more efficient operations, and collaborating on building more affordable housing.
