City of Tucson issued the following announcement on Oct. 7.

Tucson Parks and Recreation will be hosting its "Rollin' Haunt" Halloween event on Oct. 30, 4-7 p.m., at the Tucson Rodeo Grounds, 4823 S. 6th Ave. 

The department is looking for individually wrapped candy donations from the community to help ensure the event's success. 

All children in vehicles will receive a candy bag with contactless pickup as they exit the event. Donations can be made at any recreation center during their normal operating hours.
