Hose for Days

Firetruck

Tucson Fire Department issued the following announcement on Sept. 16.

Tucson Fire Wildland Team members Adam Abbott, Clayton Black and Branden Mason pulled 5-6 miles of hose out of the woods as they work to secure the edge of the Dixie Fire and finish up operations. This is not easy work - elevation changes and challenging terrain makes this job very difficult.

Hats off to our crew and all of the others working together to fight wildfires across the West.
