Tucson Parks and Recreation Hiring for Multiple Non-permanent Positions

City of Tucson issued the following announcement on Aug. 30.

Tucson Parks and Recreation is looking for experienced and enthusiastic workers for non-permanent positions. The Leisure Class area is looking for an instructor to teach Little Movers and Shakers motor development classes at Randolph Recreation Center. This position must be able to lead parents/adults and children in participant-involved playgroups focusing on skills in motor development. The deadline to apply is Sunday, Sept. 5. The department is also looking for recreation workers and senior recreation workers to work in the Ready, Set, Rec! mobile recreation program, which includes loading/unloading and transporting equipment in an assigned cargo van; setting-up and leading activities for site participants; promoting and providing participants with information for upcoming events; and related work as required. The application deadline is Wednesday, Sept. 8.
