Diocese of Tucson recently issued the following announcement.
September 26: "The Lord Is Near: A Retreat for Catechists"
Date and Time: Saturday, September 26 from 9-11am (PT) / 11-1pm (CT)
This online retreat will be offered via Zoom.
The new Directory for Catechesis states " In the dimension of being, the catechist is formed to become a witness of faith and a keeper of the memory of God. The formation, above all, nourishes the spirituality of the catechist so that his activity springs in truth from his own witness of life" (no.139). Join with Jordan Ministry Team as we explore together the ups and downs, the joys and sorrows of catechetical ministry, reflecting the call to be faithful witnesses as we enter into a new season of formation and education.
This retreat may be applied for 2 hours of ministry certification/renewal in the area of Spirituality and Spiritual Formation.
The cost for the workshop is $10.00. To session will be held via ZOOM (the required link and any additional materials will be emailed to registered participants before the session); please register on or before September 25.
