U.S. Sen. Martha McSally (R-AZ) held her thirteenth telephone town hall this year, addressing questions and concerns on COVID-19 relief during the hour-long meeting.
During her call, McSally addressed surprise medical billing and her plans to put an end to this, price gouging on prescription medications, specifically insulin, and coronavirus relief, according to a press release from her website.
“Tonight was all about hearing how Arizonans are doing in the midst of this pandemic and what immediate challenges they are facing,” McSally said in the press release. “For months, I’ve fought for relief for Arizona families and small businesses, and I’ll continue to advocate for them as we get through this crisis. If you did not get a chance to join my telephone town hall tonight, visit my website at mcsally.senate.gov to learn about what I’m doing for Arizonans.”
McSally also took a poll on whether parents were planning to send their children back to in-person school. Of those who voted, 67% said they were.
