Cost of college was unchanged for all students at the Aveda Institute-Tucson

Tuition and fees were unchanged for 2018-19 at the Aveda Institute-Tucson, according to recent data from the U.S. Department of Education.

Arizona students paid $18,200 to attend the private for-profit school this year – $1,000 more than the $17,200 charged for 2017-18.

Data shows 43 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 20 students received grants or scholarships totaling $71,160 and 19 students took out student loans totaling more than $118,273.

Including all undergraduates (157), 88 students used grants or scholarships totaling $332,854, and 105 students took out $699,277 in federal student loans.
