Arizona State Representative Rachel (Jones) Keshel, a Republican who has served the state’s 17th House District since 2023, posted a series of tweets on September 11 and 12, 2025, reflecting on recent events and personal sentiments.
On September 11, Keshel commented on an individual by stating, “Apparently this loser seems to be a Satanist as well. Satan and liberalism combined. Color me shocked. https://t.co/zbMfFsmegG https://t.co/gyTTIMnJsD”.
The following day, she shared her emotional response to recent tragedies: “The past two days, many of us have been processing so much sadness, to the point of feeling unbelievably numb. We have been mourning new tragedy, followed immediately today by horrific memories of a twenty four year old tragedy. The only thing that I am holding onto is that”.
Later on September 12, Keshel added another post expressing her feelings of displacement: “This place is not my home. https://t.co/9ZMpQcVR4E”.
Keshel was elected in 2023 to represent Arizona’s 17th House District after replacing Jennifer Pawlik.
