AZ Representative Rachel (Jones) Keshel, a Republican elected to the Arizona State House in 2023 representing the 17th District, has recently shared a series of posts on her X (formerly Twitter) account addressing political disagreements and legislative efforts.

On September 2, 2025, Jones responded to another user with criticism regarding their understanding of Arizonans’ interests. She wrote, “You are completely detached from reality. You obviously don’t understand what most Arizonans want. Sit this one out, Barry.”

Later that day, she commented on another individual’s apparent lack of knowledge about Arizona cities: “Apparently this genius has never heard of Tucson.”

On September 3, 2025, Jones discussed her ongoing work on family court reform alongside Representative Lisa Fink. She stated: “For over a year Representative Lisa Fink and I have been working tirelessly on family court reform. We have met hundreds of families being torn apart and abused by an incredibly broken system. Last session the two of us drafted these amazing pieces of legislation and not a”

Jones began serving in the Arizona State House after being elected in 2023 to represent District 17, succeeding Jennifer Pawlik.
