Arizona State Representative Rachel (Jones) Keshel, a Republican elected in 2023 to represent the state’s 17th House District, has used her social media platform in recent days to criticize the judicial system and rally supporters for change.
On August 20, 2025, Jones posted a pointed critique of the U.S. judiciary: “Our judicial system is a broken mess.
Corrupt activist judges sit on their thrones, displaying God complexes, interpreting laws according to their whims, and ruining the lives of real people. Real families. Real children.
It’s time for change.
It’s time to Make America Just”.
Earlier that week, on August 18, she responded affirmatively to an unspecified question or statement with “Yes he was!”.
Later on August 20, Jones encouraged participation in an event with “Join us today!!!”.
Jones assumed office after being elected in 2023 and succeeded Jennifer Pawlik as representative for Arizona’s 17th House District.
