Arizona State Representative Rachel (Jones) Keshel has recently posted several statements on her social media account, addressing political dynamics within the state legislature and sharing personal reflections. Jones, a Republican elected in 2023 to represent Arizona’s 17th House District, used her platform to comment on partisan relationships and events.

On December 19, 2025, Keshel criticized members of her own party for seeking bipartisan cooperation with Democrats. She stated: “I’m sorry, but any AZ Republicans who want to play footsie with Democrats and have kumbaya moments, thinking that they wouldn’t completely scalp us and go all in on their insane woke agenda in 2027 if they got control of the legislature are living in fantasy land. We are in the”.

Later that same day, she responded to an unspecified issue by posting: “This is the biggest crock of I’ve ever seen in my life.” (December 19, 2025).

On December 21, 2025, Keshel shared a more personal message regarding her attendance at Amfest: “The best part of Amfest this year was going with the amazing guy who made me a mom. He is a wonderful human being and I’m extremely proud of him!!!”.

Keshel succeeded Jennifer Pawlik as representative for Arizona’s 17th House District after winning election in 2023.
