Congressman Juan Ciscomani, who represents Arizona’s 6th district in the U.S. Congress, has recently highlighted his legislative activities and community engagements through a series of posts on social media.
On September 3, 2025, Ciscomani paid tribute to a local World War II veteran, stating: “Today, I honored the life and legacy of WWII veteran and Sierra Vista leader Jerry Consiglio on the House Floor. Nearly 102, he fought at Normandy and the Battle of the Bulge, earned two Bronze Stars, and served his community. Our nation is forever grateful for his service https://t.co/xvvjoD5X12”
The following day, September 4, 2025, Ciscomani shared news about his role in disaster preparedness efforts: “Honored to serve as co-chair of the Bipartisan Congressional Disaster Preparedness & Recovery Caucus in the 119th Congress with @RepTroyCarter, @RepCarlos, @RepMoskowitz, & @RepJoeNeguse—working to boost preparedness & speed recovery when disasters strike.”
Later that same day, he addressed border security issues by noting improvements along Arizona’s southern border: “Our southern border is stronger today thanks to the hard work of federal agencies on the ground.
As a member of the @ProbSolveCaucus, I’m proud to lead a bipartisan delegation to the Arizona–Mexico border to see the progress firsthand and build on real solutions. https://t.co/zIXKiO3UG2“
Juan Ciscomani began representing Arizona’s 6th district in Congress after succeeding Ann Kirkpatrick in 2023. He has won consecutive elections against Kirsten Engel in both 2022 and 2024. In those contests he secured narrow victories—winning by less than four percentage points each time.
