Congressman Juan Ciscomani, who represents Arizona’s 6th district in the U.S. Congress, shared a series of updates on community initiatives and site visits via his social media account this week.
On August 10, 2025, Ciscomani marked National Book Lovers Day by highlighting local volunteer efforts: “It’s National Book Lovers Day! Today, we celebrate the joy, knowledge, and imagination that books bring to our lives! This week, our district team visited the Friends of the Sierra Vista Public Library bookstore and saw the amazing work their 50+ volunteers do!”
Two days later, on August 12, he posted about his tour of a security technology facility in Marana: “I toured S&K Security Group’s Systems Integration Lab in Marana where @CBP tests technology to stop smuggling, illegal migration, & human trafficking. Their work keeps agents equipped, communities safe, and creates jobs here in Southern AZ. All good things for our country!”
Later that day, Ciscomani reported visiting Pinal Airpark with county officials after securing legislative language supporting multi-use airports: “After securing FY26 THUD report language to prioritize multi-use airports like Pinal Airpark for FAA tower construction, I visited the site today with Pinal County officials. This project would boost safety, grow our economy, and support military readiness “
Ciscomani has held his congressional seat since replacing Ann Kirkpatrick in 2023. He won consecutive general elections against Kirsten Engel—first in 2022 by a margin of less than two percentage points and again in 2024 with a narrow lead.
