In-state students paid $2,298 to enroll at the two-year public college this year, an increase of $48 from the $2,250 tuition charged in the 2021-22 academic year.
Non-resident students faced tuition fees 231.3% higher than those for residents in 2022-23, amounting to $7,614. This represents a 0.6% increase from the $7,566 charged in the previous year.
Approximately 94% of the undergraduate student body are residents of Arizona, while about 3% come from other states.
Data indicates that 70% of full-time undergraduates who began studies at Pima Community College in 2022-23 received some form of financial aid. A total of 684 students were awarded grants or scholarships amounting to $3.9 million, and 68 students obtained student loans exceeding $218,728.
Across all undergraduate students, 5,543 received grants or scholarships totaling $26.8 million. Additionally, 1,574 students secured federal student loans amounting to $5.7 million.
