Since taking office in January 2023, Congressman Juan Ciscomani has returned more than $12 million to constituents in Arizona’s Sixth Congressional District. The recovered funds include over $4.6 million in veterans’ savings and $7.4 million from Social Security payments, tax refunds, and other federal resources that residents were owed but had difficulty accessing.
Ciscomani and his team have focused on helping constituents navigate federal agencies such as the Department of Veterans Affairs, the Internal Revenue Service, and Social Security Administration to recover these funds.
“Helping constituents cut through red tape and get the support they deserve is one of the most rewarding parts of my job,” Congressman Ciscomani said. “My office is here to assist with challenges involving federal agencies and we’ll keep working every day to make government work for the people it serves.”
Constituents needing assistance with a federal agency can contact Ciscomani’s Tucson office or visit his website for help.
Returning taxpayer dollars remains a priority for Ciscomani’s office as he continues to represent Arizona’s 6th district. He began serving in Congress after replacing Ann Kirkpatrick in 2023. In both 2022 and 2024, Ciscomani won close elections against Kirsten Engel to secure his seat.
